As an ex-military man, I have to say, Dr. Ken earned his wings with me.
Before coming to Dansville Dental Professionals, I was apprehensive and scared. Everyone at DDP was very convincing. That’s what I love about them: They actually got me in the chair and re-crafted my smile. I had an atrocious smile; my teeth were in bad shape. Together, we explored many options from braces to veneers and porcelain crowns. As I sit here today, I now have a large, beautiful smile. I hadn’t smiled for 15-20 years. In four, short, one-hour visits, I went from 0-120 miles an hour! Wow! It’s amazing because I’m a big chicken but Dr. Ken put me into “la la land.” It was easy.
For many years, I’ve dealt with the public on a routine basis. In the military, I became a Commander at a young age. I’m now employed by the Department of Veterans’ Affairs and am often in front of large crowds.
Over the past year, I’ve become a totally different person. I’ve gotten my confidence back and I don’t worry about hiding my smile! I honestly feel like a kid. I’m finally comfortable in my skin. I’m only sad that I put it off as long as I did.
Ken and Kathleen are down home, country dentists. They’re well educated doctors and smart business people who, through a lot of hard work, have built a state-of-the-art practice but they haven’t forgotten where they came from. They treat others with dignity and respect—and they care. I think that’s what keeps people coming back from farmers in coveralls to local professionals. From the staff to the doctors, everyone is personable, comforting and there to help and assist.
I trust them, I love them and I’m comfortable there.
